Meizu 16 to debut in India on December 5

Reports have been indicated Meizu’s interest in becoming an important company in the Indian market. Now seems that the company is finally ready to start its campaign in the country with the launch of the Meizu 16 series.

The company announced on Twitter a new launch in India scheduled for December 5. The trio of flagships will arrive in the country to compete with the likes of Xiaomi, and Realme.

Currently the Meizu 16 series is composed of two flagships that are powered by the Snapdragon 845 and differs only in screen and battery size – The Meizu 16 and Meizu 16 Plus – A third model carries the Meizu 16X and has a similar design, but it boasts a 6-inch FHD+ display, 6GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 710.

Currently, there’s no information to hint the price tag of these smartphones, but we don’t think that their prices will go above the $500 tag. Still, if the company intends to compete with the likes of Poco F1, the price must be competitive.
