The Honor V20 might not be the only smartphone the Huawei sub-brand is working on at the moment. At least that is what we are made to believe, as a new phone from the brand has been found on China’s TENNA website. Listed as the Honor JAT-AL00 and JAT-TL00, details on the Chinese regulator’s site suggest it could be an entry-level device.
While TENAA only listed the device with the model number, two variants of the same device with model numbers Honor JAT-L29 and JAT-LX1 have also cleared the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), and from details available on that site, both devices will sell in the region as the Honor 8A and Honor 8A Pro respectively.

The device is powered by a 2.2 GHz octa-core processor with 3 GB of RAM and 64GB storage, sports a 6.088-inch screen with HD+ resolution. The photographic function is handled by a 13MP rear camera, while an 8MP unit is in charge of selfies.
With a dimension 156.28 x 73.5 x 8mm and weight of 150 grams, the Honor 8A will boot Android 9 Pie out of the box, while the whole unit will be powered by a 2,920mAh battery.
It will hit the market in black, blue, gold and red color options, but there is currently no information on how soon it will arrive.
