Back in October this year, Coolpad had launched Coolpad Note 8 in India and now the company has decided to launch 3 new smartphone under its Mega series on December 20 in the country.
In the past, Coolpad had launched Coolpad Mega 5A in August this year and the fact that it belonged to Mega series hints that the upcoming phone could be a successor of former, although the company is yet to make an official announcement regarding the new model names.

Recently, Coolpad had organized a press meeting in which they announced the plans to release three new models on 20th of December, belonging to Mega series. On top of that during the event, the front design of all three smartphones was circulated. The image depicts all phones equipped with a traditional display without any notch. However, there is no home button at the bottom but there is a slight bezel on top and bottom of the screen on all three phones. Furthermore, the company has stated that all three phones will be sold on offline platforms.
Apart from that, Coolpad introduced its Cool Play 8 in China recently. The new phone sports a 6.2 inch long screen display and boasts a dual rear camera of 16MP + 2MP and at the front it carries an 8MP selfie shooter. The phone arrives in a 4GB RAM with a 64GB internal memory storage. The phone is fueled up with a massive 4,000 mAh battery. Coolpay 8 (4GB) variant, at the moment launched in China only at a cost of CNY 999 (approx. Rs. 10,300).
