Gizchina News of the week
As for why OnePlus plan to enter the smart TV business, Liu Zuohu, CEO of OnePlus said “In the past 20 years, there has been no fundamental change in TV . In order to enable consumers to enjoy more advanced technology, we intend to abandon the tradition of relying on remote control to control TV, and use artificial intelligence technology to give TV a thought of its own and the ability to provide a corresponding service when the user needs it.”
In addition to preparing to launch a smart TV, Liu Zuohu also said “If future conditions permit, we will also enter the automotive market. However, we are not planning to enter the automotive industry, but we will consider collaboration with car manufacturers. Providing an in-vehicle platform that supports IoT with the increasingly mature 5G network, can bring unimaginable convenience to users.”
