The photographic industry is becoming increasingly important with regard to the smartphone sector and the Chinese company has seen fit to bring some news even for users who prefer to stay on budget and entry level models. And here comes the new Ulefone Note 7, a low budget device equipped with a triple camera and an elegant style reminiscent of Huawei Mate 20.
In terms of design, the newcomer does not miss anything. Frontally we have a large 6.1 inch diagonal panel with HD+ resolution (1280 x 600 pixels) and 19.2:9 ratio. There is also a small water drop notch in the upper part, so as to take full advantage of the surface of the front part.
Inside the small notch there is a 5 mega-pixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The back has a triple 8 + 2 + 2 mega-pixel module with f/1.8 aperture and Dual LED flash, with a design that is reminiscent of Huawei Mate 20.
Gizchina News of the week
The Ulefone Note 7 is powered by a MediaTek MT6580 quad-core SoC (up to 1.3 GHz), accompanied by 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, expandable up to 64 GB via microSD. The battery is a 3500 mAh unit while on the software side it is possible to rely on Android 8.1 Oreo in the Android Go version.
The fingerprint reader is missing and the connectivity package includes a 3G module , Bluetooth 4.0 and Dual SIM support. If on the one hand some shortcomings (4G on all) could upset some users, perhaps it is better to wait for more information on the sale price. The company has not yet confirmed how much the new entry-level will cost.
