Way back in October we reported that Bovo technologies had a 4.5-inch, quad-core MTK phone on the horizon with 13 mega-pixel camera! 6 months on and we finally get an official release date and more details.
The Bovo F16 is now ready to go on sale and will launch here in China on 25th April. The 4.5-inch phone features a HD display, which we believe to be a 1280 x 720 unit, quad-core MT6589 CPU and 2GB RAM.
Gizchina News of the week
The highlight feature for this compact Android smartphone though is the Sony Exymor Pro 13 mega-pixel rear sensor! While there are plenty of MTK phones on the Chinese market with 13 mega-pixel Sony sensors, the Bovo F16 is the first of our knowledge to get such a high-end unit. The camera is the F16 is actually the same that is used in the Oppo Find 5, so we can be sure os great quality photos.

At least one 4.5″ smartphone.
Posted this in another thread. My daughter wants a 4-4.5 inches phone. This supplier is willing to work on a smaller phone, what is the ideal spec? Maybe could arrange a group buy!
Was hoping to get the G4, but even May seems possibly wishful thinking.
