On May 23, Oppo will launch a new mid-range smartphone and it seems that this model will not miss anything. Oppo K3 is now just around the corner and the Asian company has decided to raise the curtain on its design with an official teaser poster.
As anticipated by previous rumors and teasers, Oppo K3 will arrive with a retractable selfie camera, the device has a classic style pop-up module that lifts in 0.74 seconds, with a single sensor built into it (there are rumors of 16 mega-pixels).

The back cover houses a dual camera, presumably a 16 + 2 mega-pixels; given the absence of a fingerprint reader and given the confirmation of a 6.5-inch Full HD + AMOLED panel with a 91.1% screen-to-body ratio and DC dimming, it is reasonable to imagine that we will be dealing with a mid-range equipped with an ID sensor below the display.
The pop-up mechanism has been tested over 200,000 times, says the company. It is powered by Snapdragon 710, compared to Snapdragon 660 in the predecessor, with up to 6GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB UFS 2.1 storage alongside with 3.5mm audio jack and USB Type-C port on the bottom.
The company’s official website also confirms the three colors coming soon: Nebula Purple (the gradient model of the poster), White and Black.
Moreover, VOOC 3.0 is also being rumoured while battery size is not yet known. There’s a 6GB version as well as an 8GB version too and pricing is believed to be in the 1,000 Yuan to 2,200 Yuan bracket.
