A Xiaomi 5G phone with the model number M1908F1XE has passed CCC certification today. This same model has been spotted late last month on TENAA (although it is an incomplete listing) and the dominant opinion is that it is the upcoming Mi MIX 4. This CCC listing reinforces those opinions as the same model has up to 45W fast charge.
Gizchina News of the week
Now, it was previously hinted by Xiaomi Product Director Wang Teng that the Mi MIX 4 would loath faster charging speeds than the 27W fast charging Mi 9 and this 45W speed fits the bill very well. Moreover, this being a 5G handset also means that the handset is a flagship device and the Mi MIX 4 is expected to launch in Q3 of 2019.
It has also been reported before that the Lu Weibing stated that MIX 4 will have a camera better than the 64MP sensor on upcoming phones from Redmi and Realme. We can also expect the Snapdragon 855+ chip to power Xiaomi’s cutting-edge phone which is reserved for innovative and ultra-premium stuff from the company. Despite all this, there’s no official word on the exact launch time frame of the MIX 3 successor. That said, we’re not expecting something this month. In fact, Xiaomi has not even started to tease the device. Hence, many facets including the design, internal components, and other stuff still remain a dark mystery.
