Now, thanks to a report from GSMArena, we know more details about the handset’s specifications.
Gizchina News of the week
The Vivo Z1x will feature a 6.38-inch Super AMOLED display which is likely to have a Full-HD+ resolution. Besides, the smartphone will boast the Snapdragon 712 chipset paired with 6GB of RAM. Furthermore, the Z1x will come in two UFS 2.1 storage flavors – 64GB and 128GB. Moreover, a 48MP unit (reportedly Sony’s IMX582) will lead the triple camera setup. The main sensor will probably be coupled with ultra-wide and depth sensors. Interesting enough, there is a waterdrop notch at the top of the display comprising a 32MP selfie snapper.
The new premium mid-range device will probably boot Android 9 Pie straight out the box. Vivo will equip it with a 4,500mAh battery with 22.5W FlashCharge support. Other details include a native dark theme, Widevine L1 certification, and low-brightness anti-flickering. We already know that the Z1x will come in the next week, and will be sold via India’s Flipkart. However, pricing and availability still remain a mystery.
