Anticipating IFA 2019 that will debut next week, Lenovo has renewed its Android tablet range by announcing the new Tab M7 and Tab M8. Both devices are designed for the young public. All of them integrate the Kid’s Mode 3.0, the mode that offers personalized content for children under the age of 12. The interface becomes child-friendly with access to games, integrated applications, video, audio and books with educational content in 44 languages.
Lenovo Tab M7
It is the most compact tablet that integrates a 7-inch IPS display with 1024×700 pixel resolution. Lenovo Tab M7 is equipped with two different processors depending on the version chosen: MediaTek MT8321 for the Wi-Fi version and MediaTek MT8765B for the LTE version coupled with 1 or 2 GB of RAM and up to 32 GB of internal expandable memory.
The photographic sector consists of a single 2 Megapixel sensor for both the front and the rear. The battery is 3,500 mAh. Finally, for the software part, we have the Android 9 Pie (Go Edition for the version with 1 GB of RAM).
Lenovo Tab M7 will be available in Iron Gray, Platinum Gray and Onyx Black in October on the manufacturer’s website starting from 99 euros (about $110).

Lenovo Tab M8
It is the most interesting model that belongs to the medium-low end of the tablet market. Lenovo Tab M8 will be available in two different versions. As the name suggests, the tablet integrates an 8-inch display. But the company offers two options for screen resolution: HD (1,280 x 720 pixels) and Full-HD (1,920 x 1200 pixels).
The on-board processor is always the MediaTeK Helio A22 quad-core SoC at 12 nm. With 2 or 3 GB of RAM and 16 or 32 GB of internal memory. The photographic sector gains a 5 MP sensor for the rear and a 2 MP camera for the front. The battery is 5,000 mAh.
Lenovo Tab M8 will be available in Platinum Gray and Iron Gray colors. Starting from October with a starting price of 139 euros (about $155) for the HD display version. And 159 euros (about $175) for the Full-HD screen model.
