Samsung announced earlier this month that the Galaxy Watch Active 2 will be up for pre-orders on September 6. Potential customers in the United States will be able to directly purchase it on September 27. According to a report, the company might release its wearable device sooner than expected.
The South-Korean announced yesterday that the Galaxy Watch Active 2 will be out on September 6 in South Korea. Worth noting that the pre-orders for the new wearable device have started today in Samsung’s homeland. Worth noting that the model currently available is the Bluetooth variant, if you’re looking for the LTE variant, you’ll probably have to wait a bit longer.

The smaller 40mm model will retail at $245, while the larger 44mm variant price will rise to $280. The stainless steel versions are more expensive, for obvious reasons. The South-Korean company will sell them for $330 and $365, depending on the size. Currently, it’s unclear if other countries will get the same treatment in the coming weeks or if Samsung will follow its previous agenda. When it comes to the United States, the device isn’t available for pre-order at the moment.
For now, potential customers outside of South Korea will have to wait until September 6 to know more about the company’s plans for Galaxy Watch Active 2 release.
