Oppo 65W SuperVOOC fast charge to enter mass production in October

There is always a need for more innovation in the smartphone industry.  Today, Oppo’s Vice President, Brian Shen, took to Weibo to announce Oppo’s plan for its SuperVOOC fast charge. According to his Weibo post, Oppo 65W SuperVOOC fast charge will go into mass production in October.

Currently, Oppo SuperVOOC fast charge is at 50W thus this is an improvement. In addition, his post comes with the hashtag (#RenoAce#). This suggests that the Oppo Reno Ace will be the first smartphone to use Oppo 65W SuperVOOC fast charge. There are also reports that Oppo Reno Ace will go into mass production early next month thus the timing is right.

As of now, there is not much information about the Oppo Reno Ace. However, recent reports claim that this device will come with a 90Hz screen and a 4,000 mAh battery. Oppo recently confirmed working closely with Qualcomm to accelerate the commercial deployment of the Snapdragon 700 Series 5G integrated mobile platform in the fourth quarter of this year. Oppo says preparations have reached an advanced stage, although it made no mention of a particular phone model. However, speculations are rife that the Oppo Reno Ace could be one of the first few devices to get the chipset.
