Even in China and India, the latest iPhone series are selling well. So far, Apple’s 2019 iPhones have been “perfect”. However, the first set of complaints is now hitting the web.

With the increasing number of users of the iPhone 11 series, issues with the iPhones has begun to emerge. According to users feedback, the iPhone 11 series is not scratch-resistant. This is quite different from Apple’s claims that this series uses the most sturdy glass. From reports, after using the phone for a short period, the display can scratch. This issue is not unique to the iPhone 11 Pro alone, it is consistent with the entire series.
According to some users, even when the phone is placed in a separate pocket without other objects like keys, it still comes out with scratches. Therefore, for such an expensive phone, the best protection for daily use is to put on a protective film as well as a phone case. It would be rather discomforting to spend over $500 on a phone and still be given conditions on how to handle it.
Although this scratch-resistance issue is considered as the first widely reported issue with this series, there have been other complaints. There have been reports of poor cell phone signal, heating, and night image quality issues.

apple products in general have always been terrible for me. when i had an apple tablet i wanted to send things to my Android phone didnt work i tried sending things to my Mac laptop didn’t work. i tried downloading apps didn’t work. i tried making calls to my friends on my old apple phone didn’t work. my old apple laptop fried out in 1 day of using it. i couldn’t get a refund because the clerk said “if it broke its your fault for buying such crappy technology. next time dont buy apple.” that clerk even admitted apple products are built to break crash fail or not work compatible with anything not even a Fitbit pro will work on it. you need an apple version to use it on your phone. every apple product I used the apple store said sucked and they didn’t even use it themselves.

Myself I use samsung and sony. However my wife and daughter use iPhones for a number of years. Currently xs max. Both are very happy so far and not willing to trade for any other brand.
I think my next will be iphone as well.
The glass is more shatter resistant, not scratch resistant. Now if we want to talk about iOS bugs, holy moley – iOS 13 is riddled with them. Definitely half-baked.
I used the betas all the way up to launch and they were buggy the whole way. There is no way Apple didn’t know how buggy it was when releasing it.
