According to the official MIUI India website, MIUI 11 will officially arrive in the country on October 16th, and a global release of this version of Xiaomi’s user interface is expected later.
The MIUI 11 beta has been available since last month in China, and India is the next country. Xiaomi will be launching the Redmi Note 8 Pro in this country on October 16th, and should also launch MIUI 11.
The new MIUI 11 doesn’t mean new Android for all devices
This version promises not only to bring aesthetic changes. But is defined as the fastest ever version of the user interface. Please note, however, that a new version of MIUI does not mean a new version of Android.

Last month, was revealed an extensive list of devices that will receive the new UI. That is, you can have MIUI 10 with Android Pie, and receive MIUI 11 without receiving Android 10.
It sounds like a confusing option, but it’s Xiaomi’s policy. So it is not surprising to see the extensive list of devices that receive this user interface. From top of the range to the most modest models.
We’ll have to wait a few days to see the new user interface reach one of the world’s most important markets. The global launch is expected to come very soon. Without having to resort to the usual adventures.
Can redmi note 6 Pro get MIUI 11?
