Just like the Redmi Note 7 Pro (Review) and its limited Dark Phoenix Edition, Xiaomi is gearing up for the special edition of the recently launched Redmi Note 8 Pro. This time again the smartphone maker is partnering with the 20th Century Fox for a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro Terminator Edition. As expected, the Terminator Edition is going to be a limited special edition which will be up for grabs later this month. Xiaomi Reveals Redmi Note 8 Pro Terminator Edition

Since the last couple of days, Xiaomi’s official UK Twitter account has been posting about the Terminator: Dark Fate movie as well as the limited edition smartphone. All of the posted teasers consists of Terminator image with the hashtag PushingTheLimit and various taglines such as ‘Just Keep on Going’, ‘Unleash your inner strength’ and many more. Even though the Xiaomi UK is promoting the product extensively, the device will not be up for grabs in the UK market as of now. Furthermore, the teaser does not reveal any key specifications of the device except the addition of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Price, Availability

The Terminator Edition of the device will hit the Spain market first and will be up for grabs on October 29. The smartphone will be available on Xiaomi’s official website. The brand is hosting a 24-hour flash sale on the same day starting from midnight. Coming to the pricing, the device will set you back EUR 249 originally. Those who will buy the device on the very first day will be able to get it for a discounted price of EUR 229 along with a free Terminator themed back case.

The device will be available in two storage variants – 64GB and 128GB memory option. Although the 64GB version is getting a discounted price cut, there is no word on the 128GB variant. Lastly, we might see the device hitting the other global market soon after the launch in Spain.
