Huawei’s Honor’s first 5G smartphone will be named Honor V30, and V30 Pro and has popped up a number of times in the news in the last couple of weeks. We go hints earlier this month that the device will debut later in November, and just yesterday, the brand’s president in a live broadcast once again revealed its official launch date.
Well, the company has now officially released an official launch poster that confirms the launch date via the Chinese social media platform. As per the launch poster, the Honor V30, and perhaps the V30 Pro launches on November 26th in China.
The key selling points of the Honor V30 is, of course, the support for 5G connectivity. It is tipped to come with the flagship Kirin 990 chipset, while the Pro variant gets the Kirin 990 5G. This Kirin chip is built on the new 7nm+ EUV process and features higher clock speeds and an additional NPU core. It is also one of the first devices to come with support for dual-mode NSA and SA 5G connectivity protocols.

Besides the 5G feature, the Honor V30 will also score high in the camera department. Reports say it will get a new 60MP main camera sensor, while an official statement earlier hinted that the device will come with a solid array of camera features including a new Camera Matrix tuning algorithm technology, super night scene, superzoom, and more. We are not sure what battery size the device will pack, though there are reports the Pro variant will get a 4,200mAh battery with 40W fast charging, while the standard variant gets a4000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.
Official posters shared today further confirms the Honor V30 Pro actually gets two punch holes in its OLED screen, while the standard V30 is rumored to come only with a single punch for a single selfie cam on its LCD.
