Nokia Celebrates Black Friday in India with Gift Card Worth up to $70

The Black Friday festival is right around the corner and various brands have already started celebrating it. Although Black Friday is not that quite popular in the Indian market, Nokia is making an active participating. It’s been three years since HMD Global started launching smartphones under the Nokia moniker. On this occasion, the smartphone maker has announced offers on a plethora of its smartphones. Here is everything you need to know about it.

Nokia Devices Coming with Gift Cards in India

As a part of Black Friday and three years anniversary, Nokia is offering gift cards worth up to INR 5,000 (roughly $70) on select few smartphones. This list of devices participating in this offers includes Nokia 7.2, Nokia 6.2, Nokia 8.1, Nokia 6.1 Plus, Nokia 5.1 Plus, Nokia 4.2, Nokia 3.1 Plus, Nokia 3.2 and Nokia 2.2. The list mostly contains all the newer “.2” devices along with few of the “.1” smartphones. The gift card value is different depending on the smartphone’s model. With Nokia 7.2, Nokia 6.1 Plus and Nokia 5.1 Plus, HMD Global is offering gift cards worth INR 5,000. Rest of the devices comes with INR 2,000 gift card except Nokia 6.2 which packs in a gift card worth INR 4,000.

The Black Friday sale is already live and will last till December 1 i.e. this Sunday until 7:30 pm. Furthermore, the offer is valid for smartphones purchased through Nokia’s official website only. To receive the gift card with the purchase, you will have to use the GIFTCARD coupon code during the checkout.

In other news, Nokia has collaborated with Flipkart to launch its first-ever smart television in the Indian market. The television will soon see its official launch, somewhere around next month. Nokia Smart TV has already been leaked numerous times revealing bits of information. The product features a 55-inch 4K UHD panel and runs on the Android 9 Pie operating system with access to Google Play Store.
