Samsung has already launched a plethora of smartphones under its all-new Galaxy M lineup this year. The brand is planning to follow the same trend next year. Even though the year has now started yet, we have started getting reports on the next generation of M devices. According to a recent emerging report, Samsung has started the production of the upcoming Galaxy M51 smartphone in India at the Noida factory. The device in the production comes with model number SM-M515 which will be referred to as Galaxy M51.
Furthermore, the report mentions that the production is currently at the early stages meaning the launch should not happen anytime soon. It is worth mentioning that the Galaxy M40 is currently the smartphone that sits at the top of the ladder in the lineup. Since the company is now working on the M51 smartphone, it seems like the brand might skip the M50 device altogether. In fact, it makes sense considering the fact that the 2020 M-Series and A-Series will follow the ‘1’ moniker instead of the ‘0’.

With that said, the upcoming Galaxy M51 smartphone will be the successor to the previous M40 device. Since this is the first we’re hearing about the device, the internal hardware and other information are still unknown. We’re expecting more information to come our way in the coming months. Lastly, the device should hit both offline as well as online market.
Speaking of upcoming devices, Samsung is also working on its next iteration of flagship devices dubbed Galaxy S20, S20e and S20 Plus. We will also see the Galaxy Fold 2 foldable smartphone next year.
