Earlier this month, Oppo officially teased that the company will soon bring its premium smartphone dubbed Oppo Find X2. Since then, the smartphone has been in the news numerous times revealing bits of information each time. It is already confirmed that the phone will not feature an under-screen camera. Well, we now have the complete display specs of the smartphone.
Oppo Find X2 Full Display Specs Leaked
If the new leak is to be believed, the Find X2 might come with a 6.5-inch curved AMOLED panel. It will feature a resolution of 3168×1440 pixels. Since most of the premium devices in 2020 will feature a high refresh rate, we will see a 120Hz panel on Oppo Find X2. As per the leak, the company will allow users to switch between different sets of screen resolution and refresh rate.
Gizchina News of the week
The phone will come with an option to switch between FHD+ and QHD+ resolution along with 60hz and 120Hz refresh rate combination. This means that QHD+ resolution along with a 120Hz refresh rate is allegedly possible. For those who’re unaware, Samsung is reportedly dropping 2K and 120Hz combination for its Galaxy S20 lineup. For a higher resolution and higher refresh rate display, the users would have to compromise on the battery backup. This might be the reason why Samsung is reportedly dropping it. With that said, the inclusion of a curved high refresh rate display is going to be the company’s one of the high-end offering.
Expected Specs, Features
Considering previous leaks and rumors, Oppo Find X2 will run on Snapdragon 865 chipset paired with LPDDR5 RAM. The device will bring the All Pixel Omni-directional PDAF technology in terms of optics. Furthermore, the camera sensors will be customized by Sony. The smartphone will also feature a 65W fast charging support over the USB Type-C port most likely. Lastly, the device will be 7.7mm thick making it thicker than the Reno 3 Pro 5G.
