The Honor 30 Pro displays its design in official promotional images


Last week, Honor President Zhao Ming has released several statements regarding the Honor 30 Pro model. It will arrive with the Honor 30 on April 15. Today, the first official images of the Honor 30 Pro device were shared.

We know that the main sensor of the Honor 30 Pro, which will come within the four rear camera compartment will be the 50MP Sony IMX700. In addition, we see that the periscope module and the rear camera sensors, which will have two other sensors that are not yet known, will be vertically aligned in L-shape. The new images also show that the Honor 30 Pro will come in purple and silver, as you can see.

The device should arrive with a 6.57-inch OLED FHD+ 90Hz display. In addition, it will have a Kirin 990 5G chipset and 3,900mAh battery. The details about the smartphone, which will offer 8/12 GB RAM options and up to 256 GB of storage, are currently limited to these. It should be noted that there is no leaked information about the price tag of the Honor30 Pro yet.

Recently, we got a GeekBench screenshot, showing the benchmark scores of the Honor 30 Pro. Also, we can see that it will sport the Kirin 990 5G SoC. In the Geekbench 4.2 database, we have a new model of Huawei with the model number EBG-AN00. The corresponding model has the codename ‘Edinburgh’. Taking into consideration all the previous leaks, there is every reason to think we are dealing with the upcoming Honor30 Pro.

In the screenshot, we can that the Honor30 Pro has a single-core 3876 and multi-core 12571 running scores. They are basically in line with the performance of the Kirin 990 5G. In addition, the Honor30 Pro device tested at the GeekBench is also equipped with an 8GB RAM and runs on the Android 10 system.

As said, the Honor 30 will be uncovered on April 15. But we are sure that before that, we will learn about more features.
