Back in March, Huawei unveiled its affordable smartwatch dubbed Watch GT 2e globally. Well, the smartwatch has now finally made its way to the Indian market. With the official launch in the country, the Chinese smartphone maker has put an end to all the previous rumours and leaks. Here is everything you need to know about the availability and pricing.

Huawei Watch GT 2e: Price in India, Availability

Unlike the previous, the all-new Huawei Watch GT 2e comes with a much cheaper price tag of INR 11,990 (i.e. roughly $158). Coming to the availability, the smartwatch is already up for pre-orders on Amazon and Flipkart and will remain till May 28th. In terms of colour options, we’re looking at Graphite Black, Lava Red, Mint Green and Icy White.

As an introductory offer, the company is offering a six-month no-cost EMI option. Buyers who will pre-order the watch between May 15 to May 21 will also receive a free pair of AM61 Bluetooth earphones worth INR 3,990.

Specs, Features

Talking about the specs, Huawei Watch GT 2e features a 1.39-inch circular AMOLED touch screen display. The panel has a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels. Under the hood, the wearable runs on Kirin A1 chipset paired with 4GB storage. It has all the base tracking features such as heart rate monitor, sleep tracker, stress management and of course, an all-day activity tracker.

For fitness, the Watch GT 2e supports around 100 workout mode with around 15 dedicated professional workout modes. It can track workouts such as running, walking, hiking, trail running, cycling, swimming, elliptical machine and many more. In terms of battery life, the company is teasing up to 14-day long battery backup on a single charge.

Lastly, the smartwatch comes with a 5ATM water-resistant and makes use of Huawei LiteOS. The watch makes use of Bluetooth 5.1 for connectivity and the companion app supports both Android and iOS platform.
