Realme recently announced its next iteration of custom skin dubbed Realme UI 2.0. The second iteration of the software is based on the latest Android 11 operating system. The new version brings a revamped user experience to the table along with a plethora of new features. Well, the Chinese smartphone maker has now released the complete roadmap of the update. We now know which devices will receive the update and when.
Realme UI 2.0 complete roadmap schedule
According to the roadmap, the very first smartphone to receive the Realme UI 2.0 update is going to be the Realme X50 Pro 5G. In fact, the device will receive the update in this month alone. Next month i.e. November 2020 will see two more devices joining the party namely Realme 7 Pro and Narzo 20. In the month of December, Realme will bring the update to four more devices namely Realme 6 Pro, 7, Narzo 20 Pro, and X2 Pro. In this way, the brand will keep on adding few devices each month. It is worth noting that this is the schedule for the first wave of the Early Access rollout in India. With that said, the schedule can definitely see some changes by the brand itself. By the end of October, Realme will make the Open Beta available while the stable rollout will be ready by late November. Hopefully, things should go as per the mentioned schedule and even if it doesn’t, there should not be a delay of more than a month or two.
Here’s what Realme UI 2.0 brings to the table!
The all-new revamped user interface in the Realme UI 2.0 update follows three key directions – Creativity, Sociability, Productivity. With the new update, the brand will bring the Always-On display to the devices with five different themes and numerous customizations. From the new software, third party launchers will be able to access the in-house icon customization options. Furthermore, we are also looking at an improved notification bar.
