Oppo Ulike U2S Specifications reveal 5.5-inch display


Oppo’s Ulike U2S is no secret but the hardware specifications have remained a secret up until today.

The original Ulike was one of the first phones to launch with a high resolution front camea, something which ladies in Asia love to use white sitting around in the local Starbucks. The new version of the Ulike, named the Ulike U2S improves upon the original by giving a wider 88 degree lens to the front 5 mega-pixel camera.

In addition to the camera updated the screen has been increase to 5.5-inch (1280 x 720) while the body thickness is down to just 9.4mm. Other details include a 1.2Ghz quad-core CPU from Mediatek, 1GB RAM, 16GB memory, dual SIM support and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS.

A firm release date has yet to be announced but pricing is rumoured to be around the 2000 Yuan ($320) mark.

    Nice design…….the pic looks like a real 5,5”, unlike the leaked xiaomi spoted in the wild, its too big for a 5,5” phone…..xiaomi should learn from oppo in designing their smartphones! Very nice design!

    5 inches slowly increasing to 5.5 inches…

    Slowly one day near future phone will be bigger like LCD TV in home and will need very big bad to carry it..

    In my opinion 4.5 inches for a phone VERY enough.
    Dont be mad at me.. 😛

    Why should Xiaomi copy Oppo or any other phone maker?
    Oppo would love to have half the sales that Xiaomi has.
