Meizu releases its first device with Huawei’s HarmonyOS


The Meizu Smart Life Conference was held this afternoon and the company unveiled a couple of products. The protagonist of the event is the Meizu Watch, however, there were other products. The company also unveiled its first ever HarmonOS device., Well, it’s not a smartphone or a smartwatch, it’s a smart lightning. The Meizu Lipro LED lightning has both smart and non-smart models. The smart models are available in 40cm and 50cm while the non-smart model is available in 30cm.

The product comes with the Ra97 high color rendering light source. This significantly reduces the blue peaks from the source, and the color coverage is smooth. This ceiling light is only 2cm thick, easy to install, and can be integrated with the ceiling. The light adopts the surrounding side light distribution structure, which makes the light more uniform and soft.

In addition, this ceiling lamp has an anti-flying insect structure, a simple and quick installation design, and a separate design for the lamp holder for easy installation.

This Meizu ceiling lamp is priced at 499 yuan ($78) for 30cm, 799 yuan ($125) for 40cm, and 999 yuan ($157) for 50cm. The product will go on sale at 0:00 on June 1. The smart version of this product is also compatible with Huawei HiLink Eco and Tmall Genie. In addition to this ceiling light, Meizu also launched Lipro LED downlight standard version, Meizu Lipro sticker switch, SCR step-less dimming panel, and other products.
