Recently, AnTuTu announced the TOP 10 “highly-rated” Android smartphones for June 2021. Interestingly, Meizu’s smartphone performance is very striking. In the top 10 list, Meizu’s devices occupy three slots. However, Huawei and Samsung also have the same number of devices on the list. Even the old flagship, Meizu 17 Pro is on top of this list with a rating of 98.04%. In the March rating, Meizu 17 Pro was in the second position with Mate 50 claiming the top spot.
Here are the top 10 highly rated smartphones for June 2021
1. Meizu 17 Pro
For many months, Meizu 17 Pro has actually been stable in the top position. However, in February and March, the Huawei Mate 40 took over the top spot and it had to settle for second. However, this smartphone is back on the top spot of the highly-rated smartphones again. The is smartphone has a 98.04% rating and could have easily been on top. Well, this device comes with an “old” 7nm Snapdragon 865 SoC thus it is not a 2021 flagship smartphone. It also comes with LPDDR5 RAM + UFS3.1 flash memory. Thankfully, this rating mostly considers the design, appearance, screen material, and other details.
In fact, Meizu 17 Pro is notable in terms of performance and features, with the subsequent OTA of 120Hz refresh rate, MEMC dynamic frame insertion compensation, GPU driver update strategy, etc. This smartphone also has the latest stable version of the Flyme 9 security.

2. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G

Huawei Mate 40 that used to be on the top spot is now in third with a rating of 96.54%. This smartphone also comes with the Kirin 9000E 5G (5 nm) and supports 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It uses a triple-rear camera setup. 5. Meizu 18 Pro
After the Meizu 17 Pro, the younger Meizu 18 Pro makes the list in the fifth position with a rating of 94.04%. For the first time, Meizu is the most favorable brand, more than Huawei. Since the Meizu 18 series 5G flagship phone was released in March 2021, the Flyme 9 security system and excellent design have become the biggest differentiators between it and other Chinese Android phones.
6. Huawei Mate 30 5G
The Huawei Mate 30 5G is a 2019 smartphone but it makes the list of highly-rated Android smartphones with a rating of 93.93%. Furthermore, this device uses a 6.58-inch display that supports 1200 x 2640 pixel resolution as well as a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, there is a 4,200 mAh battery that supports a 40W fast charge, 40W wireless charging, and 27W reverse wireless charging. The battery department is one of the selling points of this smartphone. As of now, there are not many smartphones with 40W wireless charging capacity in the industry.
10. Meizu 18
The last smartphone on this list of highly-rated Android smartphones for June 2021 is the Meizu 18. This device has a rating of 92.59%. This smartphone comes with a 6.2 inch AMOLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels (~563 PPI density).
