Samsung have been given the go ahead to launch not 1, not 2, but 4 versions of their large screen Samsung Galaxy Note 3 in China. The phones will be heading to China Unicom and China Telecom and there will be options of either single SIM models running a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC, or Dual SIM versions.

It is unlikely that the dual SIM Note 3 will be offered outside of China, although it is a feature many Android phone customers are now asking for.
