A Motorola-branded smartwatch has not been announced in quite some time, but, according to a new report, this is likely to change, with a new model in the works for a popular segment of the market.
This model, featuring the moniker Moto Watch 100 is supposedly in the works, with this bit of information coming to us via a press release by CE Brands, spotted by 9to5Google.
According to the material on hand, this smartwatch will be an affordable premium-feeling watch, but with an entry-level price to cater to a larger audience.
What Do We Know About the Moto Watch 100?
The firm fails to offer any information on the specifications of the smartwatch, but a spotting by 9to5Google suggests that the watch features the model numberĀ Ā MOSWZ100.
It is likely going to bring with it a heart rate sensor, GPS support, an aluminum case and 5ATM water resistance. The FCC listing of this model suggests that the watch will feature a 355 mAh battery with support for Bluetooth 5.2, features found on most mid-range smartwatches available in 2021.
The production of the Moto Watch 100 will supposedly start in November 2021, meaning that a launch is not happening soon, but is on the cards for the next couple of months.

YouTube Music offers access to around 80 million songs, with Premium users of the app also getting the liberty to download music to their devices for offline music listening.
What this means is, given that you are a Premium user, you will have your favourite tunes right on your wrist and, with features like Smart Download which can download music when your device is connected to the Wi-Fi, you will have a fun time during your exercise sessions.
In case you are curious, YouTube Music is not the first to offer this new feature, since Spotify has been offering this same functionality for a month.
Supported devices include the Fossil Gen 6, Michael Kors Gen 6 Bradshaw, Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 3 GPS and LTE and the Mobvoi TicWatch E3. Other Wear OS 2 watches will get the app soon enough, with the app showing up in the Play Store as soon as your device is eligible to run the same.
