Nothing is gearing up to take the wraps off five new products as it becomes one of the top three TWS (True Wireless Stereo) brands. Last year, OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei launched a new venture dubbed, Nothing. In July 2021, the company unveiled its first product called Nothing Ear 1 TWS Earbuds. The Ear 1 sold out in less than just two minutes in the first sale in India via Flipkart. About five thousand Nothing Ear 1 units were up for grabs at the time.
In October, rumors about the company’s first-ever smartphone began making the rounds online. Earlier reports suggested that the company is working on a new smartphone and plans to launch the Nothing Smartphone next year. Aside from that, the rumor mill indicated that the brand is on the verge of introducing a new power bank. On November 3, Nothing confirmed that it is working on a myriad of new products.
Nothing To Offer 5 New Products
Nothing will be bringing five new products into the market soon. This is good news for those who expect Nothing to become an alternative to smartphones and accessories from the Chinese electronics company, BBK. Nothing India’s Vice President and General Manager Manu Sharma confirmed that the company has accelerated work on more than five new products in an interview with India Today. This is impressive considering that Nothing is a relatively new brand. Moreover, it has only one product available in the market at the moment.

A New Product Set To Launch In 2021
The word on the street is that Nothing will unveil at least one more product before this year comes to an end. Regrettably, the company is still mum on the launch timeframe of the new products. Furthermore, the Executive noted that India is the biggest contributor as far as Nothing Ear 1 sales are concerned. Data revealed by Counterpoint corroborates this piece of information. The report suggests that in its debut quarter, Nothing has become of the top 3 brands in the premium TWS space. Moreover, the brand captures a significant 7 percent market share.
The company recently increased the price of the Nothing Ear (1) in India. The TWS earbuds were originally available for INR 5,999 in the country. Starting from November 10, it will carry a price tag of INR 6,999. Nothing attributed the price hike to the increasing cost of production processes and components. However, the earbuds will be comparatively cheaper in India than in other regions around the world despite the price hike.
