Chinese smartphone giant Xiaomi has launched a new Redmi Note 11 series handset in the region of China, which comes after the launch of the Redmi Note 11 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G.

This new entrant is a 4G device under the budget lineup from Redmi by Xiaomi. For those curious, the Redmi Note 11 4G is going to be the entry-level offering of this year’s Note series, with the device featuring a MediaTek SoC and triple-rear cameras.

Do note that this device is likely to launch in India under the Redmi 10 2022 moniker, with no confirmation as of now about an exact launch timeline. Here’s everything we know about the Redmi Note 11 4G.

What Do We Know About the Redmi Note 11 4G?

Xiaomi’s new Redmi Note 11 4G is available in two storage variants, with the base 4GB+128GB variant retailing for CNY 999 or Rs 11,650, while the higher end 6GB+128GB variant is available for CNY 1099 or Rs 12,800. The device is available in three hues, Gradient Blue, White and Black.

The Redmi Note 11 4G makes use of a 6.5-inch LCD display with a resolution of Full HD+. The display sports a hole-punch cut-out at the top with a centre alignment with thin bezels to the side. There is also support for 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch-sampling rate.

Optics-wise, the device features an 8MP selfie shooter, with a triple rear camera setup to the back with a primary 5oMP shooter, coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide shooter and a 2MP macro lens.

Performance is decent too, with the device relying on the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which is of the eMMC 5.1 kind. Redmi packs in a 5000 mAh battery in the device with support for 18W wired fast charging as well as 9W reverse charging.

Also, the device comes with Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 on top out of the box. Connectivity options consist of 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, IR Blaster, a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C port, dual speakers, etc.

In other news, Xiaomi is gearing up to introduce the Redmi Note 11T in the Indian market. This is, in fact, the first Redmi Note 11 series smartphone to reach the market and comes to succeed the Redmi Note 10T that was a rebranded Redmi Note 10 5G. Interestingly, the rumours suggest that the Redmi Note 11T 5G is a rebranded Redmi Note 11 5G.
