Vivo V23 series smartphones, including the Vivo V23 5G and the Vivo Y21T have appeared on the NBTC certification website. Vivo will be bringing the Vivo V23 series smartphones into the Indian market early next year. The upcoming series will reportedly feature the Vivo V23 5G and Vivo V23 Pro 5G models. Ahead of the launch, the Vivo V23 series specifications were leaked online. Aside from that, Vivo revealed some key features in a bid to build more hype around the upcoming V23 series.
Vivo V23 5G, Vivo Y21T Spotted On NBTC
The V23 5G and the Y21T smartphones are on the verge of going official. Now, the two handsets have passed through the NBTC certification website, confirming their imminent launch. The Vivo V23 5G carries model number V2130, while the model number of the Vivo Y21T is V2131 on the NBTC (National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Council Committee) certification website.
Moreover, the listing confirms the monikers of the upcoming Vivo phones, as well as their model numbers. Regrettably, the listing does not divulge any other piece of information about the Vivo V23 5G and Vivo Y21T smartphones.
Vivo V23 5G Specifications (Expected)
Under the hood, the V23 5G phone will reportedly pack a Dimensity 920 SoC. Moreover, the processor will be paired with up to 12GB of RAM. Aside from that, the phone will ship with 256GB of storage. Upfront, the phone is likely to house an AMOLED panel that offers a Full HD+ resolution. The phone will be drawing its juices from a 4,200mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. Furthermore, the Vivo V23 5G will reportedly run Android 12 out of the box.

For optics, the Vivo V23 5G will house a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP macro lens at the back. Furthermore, it will be India’s first color-changing handset. Earlier this month, the Vivo V23 5G made an appearance on the BIS and SIRIM certification websites, hinting at their imminent launch in India. Moreover, a dedicated Vivo V23 5G microsite on the company’s official website confirms the phone will be going official in 7 days (January 5) at the time of writing.
Vivo Y21T Specifications (Expected)
The Y21T is likely to come with the Snapdragon 680 4G SoC. Moreover, the phone could be available in a 4GB RAM+128GB single storage configuration. In the photography department, the Y21T houses three rear-mounted cameras, including a 50MP main camera. Moreover, a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support will be powering up the entire system. The phone could go official in India on January 3.
