Xiaomi is reportedly gearing up to launch the 12T and 12T Pro smartphones next month. Notably, the Pro model has been subject to a lot of leaks lately. To recap, the camera island of the Xiaomi 12T Pro was revealed courtesy of a leak earlier this month. Moreover, both the Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro got the FCC certification in the US last week.
Also, the Xiaomi 12T series smartphones have been certified by Thailand’s NBTC agency. Now, a new report by Amanz has confirmed that the Xiaomi 12T series has received the SIRIM certification. So, the Malaysian electronics safety regulatory agency has allegedly approved both upcoming devices. The listing confirms the devices’ monikers and model numbers. The Xiaomi 12T carries model number 22071212AG.

Likewise, the 12T Pro has model number 22081212UG. Since both devices have now received safety certifications, it is safe to say that the Xiaomi 12T series will launch in Malaysia. Further, it will ship with 8GB of RAM and offer 256GB of onboard storage.
