Google Pixel Fold won’t launch in 2022, here’s when its coming

Google Pixel Fold Launch 2021

The much-awaited Google Pixel Fold phone’s launch timeline has been revealed ahead of an official unveiling. Google showed off the Pixel 7 series smartphones and the Pixel Watch at the Made by Google event last week. Also, the company shared some key details about its first-ever tab dubbed Pixel Tablet.

Regrettably, the American tech giant did not divulge any vital information about its foldable smartphone at the event. However, the word on the street is that Google has pushed the launch date of the Pixel Fold back for whatever reason. So, it is unlikely to arrive in 2022, despite earlier reports claiming Google’s foldable phone will break cover later this year.

To recap, reliable tipster Evan Blass recently indicated that the foldable Pixel would launch before this year ends. Now, DSCC CEO Ross Young has shed some light on the Pixel Fold launch timeline. According to Young, the Pixel Fold will not launch this year. He claims Google is prepping to launch its maiden foldable handset in Q1 2023.
