With the launch of its foldable Oppo Find N2 series, the brand’s focus is now on the next flagship family. The new flagships will likely come under the Oppo Find X6 series and will reach the market sometime in Q1 or Q2 of 2023. Since the launch is nearing, it’s natural to see more leaks popping out in the wild. Today, both the Oppo Find X6 and X6 Pro had their charging details spotted. The duo was certified by the China Compulsory Certification (3C) which confirmed some of their details.
Oppo Find X6 with 80W charging, Find X6 Pro with 100W charging
The Oppo Find X6 boasts model number PGFM110 and offers support for basic wired 5V/2A charging and 5V-11V/7.3A, which means up to 80W SuperVOOC. The phone will be compatible with VCB8JACH/VCB8JBCH adapter. It offers support for 100W charging, and that is not a mere coincidence. The Find X6 Pro also passed by 3C. The higher model comes with a PGEM110 model number and will support charging mode 11V/9.1A which means 100W charging. The phone will also bring the same SuperVOOC adapter as the vanilla variant.
For now, there are no details regarding the battery capacity of the Oppo Find X6 phones. Honestly, we’re not expecting ground-breaking capacities. They will likely be between 4,800 and 5,000 mAh batteries. For comparison, these were the capacities found on the Oppo Find X5 and X5 Pro, respectively. However, both devices had the same 80W charging.

Right now, not much is known about the Oppo Find X6 and X6 Pro. We expect the phones to bring a new design language for the camera, and three 50 MP shooters tuned by Hasselblad. The Pro will likely bring the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The Find X6 may go with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, or perhaps, the Dimensity 9200. We expect more details to appear soon, as the devices are finally passing by certification authorities.
Curiously, 100W charging is not the highest amount that Oppo can offer. The company already has 150W and 240W charging. It’s not a secret that the recently-released Realme GT Neo5 comes with SuperVOOC charging tech. Despite this, Oppo and OnePlus decided to be more “conservative” this year. The OnePlus 11 has “just” 100W charging, and the Oppo Find X6 Pro will follow suit. Honestly, the brand has no big reason to push charging through its limits in the flagship territory. Samsung and Apple, two dominant forces in this category, are really lagging behind in this department.
