Nothing has unveiled its latest audio innovation, the Nothing Ear (open). These semi-transparent earbuds mark the brand’s first foray into the open-ear wireless headphone market.

The Nothing Ear (open) boasts a unique on-ear design with wrap-around ear hooks. This ensures a comfortable and secure fit. The earbuds’ signature transparent casing adds a stylish touch. This see-through design makes the earbuds stand out.

Each Ear (open) bud weighs a mere 8.1 grams. This makes them lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods. Both the earbuds and the case have an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance. With this rating, they ensure durability in various environments.

Powered by 14.2mm titanium-coated drivers, the new earbuds deliver clear and balanced audio. The earbuds connect via Bluetooth 5.3, one of the latest versions. They support dual device pairing for seamless switching between devices.

For enhanced voice quality, each earbud is equipped with dual microphones and Clear Voice 3.0 technology. Also, pinch controls allow for easy media playback, volume adjustment, and call management.

As for the battery life, the Ear (open) can offer eight hours of playback from the buds. With the charging case, it extends to a total playtime of 30 hours.

The Ear (open) come in a classic white color and will retail for a competitive price of $149/€149/£129. Pre-orders are available now on Nothing.tech, with sales officially starting on October 1st.
