Realme GT 7 Pro Could Be Unveiled in the Next Month


A wave of new flagship phones is set to arrive in the Chinese market this October. Qualcomm is preparing to unveil its next-generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset at the 2024 Snapdragon Summit, scheduled between October 21 and 23 in China. Shortly after the chip’s debut, several leading smartphone brands, including Xiaomi, Honor, iQOO, and OnePlus, are expected to release their flagship models featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 by the end of the month. According to the rumors, Realme will also unveil the Realme GT 7 Pro, which will run on the same chipset. This information comes from a new leak shared by tipster Smart Pikachu.

According to the new leak from tipster Smart Pikachu from Weibo, the Realme GT 7 Pro should arrive in early November. Theoretically, the phone should launch some weeks after the OnePlus 13 which is also mentioned by the tipset.  The OnePlus 13 is rumored to have a design that combines glass with new, innovative materials that haven’t been used in previous models. Meanwhile, the Realme GT 7 Pro is expected to feature a design that uses glass and composite materials. Here’s a look at the rumored specifications of the GT 7 Pro.

Realme GT 7 Pro Alleged Specifications

The rumored specifications for the Realme GT 7 Pro suggest it will feature a 6.78-inch BOE X2 LTPO display. It will come with a micro-curvature design on all four sides. This panel will deliver a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. The rear camera setup will include a 50-megapixel main camera. It will also include ultra-wide lens, and a Sony LYT-600 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. It will offer up to 10x hybrid zoom and 120x digital zoom.

The device might also include an iPhone 16-like solid-state Camera Control button. Moreover, it will run on Realme UI 6.0, with Android 15. The GT 7 Pro Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 may come alongside 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. Of course, we can expect other configurations. Continuing the trend of large batteries, we expect a 6,000mAh battery with 100W charging support. Last but not least, the phone will include IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.

Considering that October is at the corner, we expect leaks regarding the Realme GT 7 Pro to intensify. It will be a hectic month for all smartphone lovers.
