Redmi K80 Pro Has Been Spotted on Geekbench with 16GB RAM


Xiaomi made its move last month in the flagship market with the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Pro featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite. The company’s subsidiary brand, Redmi, is expected to follow suit with the Redmi K80 series. The popular flagship-killer series will arrive soon with multiple smartphones. The Redmi K80 Pro will be one of the leading variants. The device has been spotted on Geekbench with the new Snapdragon 8 Elite. The new info confirms its raw performance including exciting 16GB of RAM.

The Redmi K80 Pro appeared on Geekbench and it scores 2,753 for a single-core and 8,460 for multiple cores. The results are in line with other smartphones featuring this CPU. The flagship also scored 8,460 for multiple cores. The results are also in line with other phones’ CPU benchmarks.

The smartphone was spotted with model number 24122RKc7C and runs Android 15 straight out of the box. The listing also confirms the smartphone with 16 GB of RAM. We don’t know yet if there will be another variant with less or more RAM. The Snapdragon 8 Elite here shows its 2 x 4.32 GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix L cores + 6 x 3.53 GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix M cores. It’s a powerful chipset and will be giving the horsepower of some of the greatest smartphones in 2025.

Redmi K80 Pro

Both the Redmi K80 and Redmi K80 Pro are said to have 6.67-inch screens with up to 120 Hz refresh rate and IP68 water and dust resistance. The rumors also state that the Redmi K series will finally come with wireless charging. However, this info still needs proper confirmation from the smartphone maker. We expect more details to pop out in the coming days. We also expect a Redmi K80 Pro+ variant, but its launch could happen later. These smartphones will likely be rebadged to the POCO F7 series in the next year.
