So, the official release of Android 16 is planned for the second quarter of 2024 (April to June). Later in the year, Google will release a smaller update, likely called Android 16.1 or 16.5, in the fourth quarter (October to December). How to Try Android 16 Early
Also, for now, only developers can test the preview builds. These versions are meant to help developers update their apps for the new system. Starting in January, anyone with a Pixel device can join the Android Beta program to try the public beta versions.
