Huawei Mate X6 Will Launch in the Next Week

Huawei is gearing up to release its Mate X6 foldable on November 26, and the device is already listed for registration on the Vmall online store. The product page includes a teaser image, offering a sneak peek at its design. The Mate X6 features a circular camera module housing four lenses. While it closely resembles the Mate X3 and Mate X5, a key difference lies in the updated placement of the periscope lens for the telephoto camera, setting this model apart.

Huawei Mate X6 Continues the Brand’s Legacy in the Foldable Market

The teaser image also highlights a flat power button that doubles as a fingerprint scanner. This confirms that there won’t be an in-display fingerprint sensor on either the outer cover or the foldable screen. Additionally, the Red Leather finish draws inspiration from the Mate X3 Ultimate Edition, while the Nebula Ash Gray variant sports a sleek glass back. Huawei’s Vmall listing reveals three additional color options—black, White, and Blue—broadening customers’ choices. Buyers can select from three storage configurations: 12GB RAM with 512GB storage, 16GB RAM with 512GB storage, or a top-tier 16GB RAM with 1TB storage. Registration will remain open until Tuesday morning, and the official sale will begin a few hours after the registration period ends.

Gizchina News of the week

Huawei Mate X6

The Huawei Mate X6 will continue the brand’s legacy in the field of foldable smartphones. Huawei was one of the pioneers of this segment alongside Samsung. However, due to the US ban, the company had to drastically halt its plans for the foldable market. We had a couple of releases, but the actual comeback happened with the launch of the Huawei Mate XT. It was the first foldable smartphone to become commercially available with a three-fold display. The Huawei Mate X6 continues the company’s traditional lineup but brings some nice improvements over its predecessor. Unfortunately, the phone should remain exclusive to the Chinese market for a long time.

It is worth noting that the Huawei Mate 70 series will also arrive on November 26. So next week will be hectic for all Huawei fans.
