Realme C75 Arrives with Helio G92 Max and 50 MP Main Camera

Realme C75

The Realme C75 is the newest addition to the brand’s budget-friendly C-series. Realme’s new smartphone is the latest budget entry to reach Vietnam. It boasts a 6.72-inch IPS LCD with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It also stands out as the first device to feature MediaTek’s Helio G92 Max chipset.

Realme C75 Specifications

Just like other Helio G-series chipsets, the Helio G92 Max is a 4G-only chipset. Considering MediaTek’s recent history with this lineup, we are sure this is a Helio G91 with slight modifications. The exact specifications of this chipset are still unknown, but it should still be based on the 6nm manufacturing process. The rest of the specifications include IP69 water and dust resistance, which is a plus for a smartphone in the budget segment.

The Realme C75 also has a 50 MP main camera on the back. Interestingly, the back brings three camera holes in a raindrop design. The press release does not disclose the specs of the other two modules. We don’t think they are there just for design, but we must wait for Realme to confirm. Fortunately, the company disclosed that the front-facing camera was an 8 MP shooter.

The Realme C75 also features a shockproof design with an impact-absorbing design and an ArmorShell Tempered glass screen. Realme is also boasting a MIL-STD-810H military-grade shock resistance rating. Last but not least, the phone runs Realme UI 5.0, with Android 14 running atop. Yeah, unfortunately, we don’t have Android 15 here. However, it’s not exactly a surprise considering this is a low-end smartphone. Hopefully, it will get Android 15 update in due time.

As usual in this series, and in budget smartphones in general, this unit has a huge battery. The handset packs a 6,000 mAh battery with 45W wired charging. The smartphone can double as a portable power bank with the ability to reverse charge other smartphones via its USB-C port.

Unfortunately, the company did not give details about the pricing. We expect more details and the full spec sheet to be revealed in the coming days. The phone will sell in Lightning Gold and Black Storm Night colors and we expect it to reach more markets soon.
