Honor 300 and 300 Pro Arrive with Up to Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and 5,300 mAh Batteries

After multiple teasers, Honor is officially unveiling its Honor 300 series. This year, the Honor 300, 300 Pro, and the Ultra are composed of the lineup. While the Ultra stands as the flagship of the trio, the vanilla and Pro still have some neat features that make them remarkable in the upper mid-range market. Not so mid-range, as the Pro also brings yesterday’s best in the form of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Let’s dive into its specifications without further ado.

Honor 300 and 300 Pro Key Specs and Features

The Honor 300 and 300 Pro carry a great emphasis on their portrait capabilities. All three smartphones carry 50 MP main cameras and 50 MP f/2.1 selfie cameras. The Pro also has a 50 MP telephoto shooter with 3x optical zoom and a Sony IMX856. The vanilla has the aforementioned main camera and a 12 MP f/2/2 ultrawide snapper.

Honor 300 Pro

The Honor 300 has a 6.7-inch OLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The 300 Pro, on the other hand, brings a 6.78-inch Full HD+ OLED screen with the same 120 Hz refresh rate. The Honor 300 is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, which makes it an upper mid-range smartphone in performance. The 300 Pro is more on the flagship side with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.

Honor 300

Both smartphones feature a stainless steel bionic vapor chamber for a total cooling area of up to 36842mm² and great thermal management. Both smartphones draw power from a 5,300 mAh silicon-carbon battery. The capacity is not the most outstanding we see these days, but is still enough for an entire day of usage. Both smartphones have 100W fast wired charging, and the Pro also brings 80W wireless charging support.

The two smartphones run MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15. They bring AI smart features, with a big focus on imaging. You can remove objects, cartoonify images, generate content, retouch faces, and Edit via AI prompts.
