If you were hoping for a nice affordable price for the 1080 fhd version of the Oppo Find 7 then you will have to think again.

Oppo stores across China have started to roll out advertisements for the new Snapdragon phone priced at 3498 Yuan ($570). While that might not sound like a hefty sum when compared to the iPhone 5S of Samsung Galaxy S5, here in the land of affordable phones the Find 7 is quite expensive!

Worse still, the model listed here is the 1920 x 1080 version of the phone with 2GB RAM, 16GB memory, 5.5 -inch display and Snapdragon 800. Shoppers in China could buy the Xiaomi Mi3 with the same spec for only 2000 Yuan! If this is the price for the 1080 version we don’t look forward to seeing the cost of the 2K QHD 2560 x 1440 version!

The Oppo Find 7 will launch on the 19th March!

Ouch! That’s a whole lot of money for the spec, looks like the 2k version will be more expensive than the Vivo xplay 3s. I thought the prices were dropping this year, think I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next phone.
