It’s almost been one year since the OnePlus One was announced back in April of 2014 as OnePlus’ first ever Android phone. Sure, the phone changed many things, but availability remained to be an issue. In fact, it is still not the easiest phone to get hold of — that, despite OnePlus being official in your country.
Something that will change the story a bit is the fact that OnePlus is now going to sell the One in all EU countries. The company will host events in Budapest, Warsaw, and Prague, where we’ll also know more about the roll out. In the meantime, take a look at all countries the OnePlus One is set to be made available in:

With the next OnePlus phone around the corner (aka OnePlus Two), are OnePlus offering too little too late, or would you be happy to grab whatever you can till it lasts?

No one cares
i must admit that you right !
I must admit you’re right too
If you didn’t care why did you read the story and comment? As long as people keep reading and commenting they will keep writing stories about OPO and whatever else is popular. I hate OPO as a company but I think they are good for the smartphone market.
those who wanted it from those countries already got it from resselers or friends from the launched countries. pretty late move.
There’s still people that either haven’t heard of it or want official support, warranty.
Poo little, too late, too pricey (for what it offers)
Better later than never.
I think that with the price to be lower soon, if they release their 2nd phone, I see it as a good deal to grab one of “old” 1+1… if the price is low enough.
If nothing else, we have to admit that 1+1 was a device that really made a huge impact when it came out, and many people love it.
I don’t like the company, I think they are one of the worst in the business. But they did make a major impact in the market. They (along with Xiaomi) were the driving force for all these other companies to make quality phones at lower costs.
They should focus and release 2nd phone !and a smaller one also!
Any dates for the events?
It was an interesting phone when launched but now it’s just another phone. It’s also too large for me, I refuse to get anything over 7 cm in width ( this is about 5 inch screen size ).
It might be a good choice for EU users though and for the majority of people it will probably be worth it when compared to Samsung, Sony, LG and other brands that sell in EU.
late but i really appreciate it. Looking for oneplus 2 !!
They are about 6 months too late. Too many great phones have been released since then with updated specs, including all the new 64 bit phones coming out for less than $250. The big question is will the One Plus Two carry forward into these countries or will it be another dog and pony show full of secret lists and invites?
To be honest, this is still very good device. Now if they guarantee full support and updates for next two years or even more people who think will buy it without any wonder! Consider that the biggest weaknesses of all of those current great Chinese devices is … support. As an example take a look on Zopo ZP980 2G/32G – still very good and powerful enough to run on Android 5.x but it stuck on 4.2 forever.
Anyone remember 1+1 price when it was 1st time possible to order ?
It’s not that nobody cares, but rather that it’s not product news. This is clearly important to OnePlus, but not to their customers.
We want clear specs for the OnePlus2, and don’t want the torturous teaser campaign that they did last time.
News about shipping obsolete product to Europe and India, we’re really not interested.
