Today we bring to you some leaked news about a mystery upcoming device that is being developed by Coolpad, and it has abit of a Huawei touch present.
After a few releases, sometimes not so exciting, China’s Coolpad seems to be developing a new device with a certain market appeal. Looking at the leaked picture. the phone may come with an alloy build and a rear mounted fingerprint sensor which brings an obvious resemblance to the newly launched Huawei Honor 7.
Speaking of differences, the device has a round design in the rear camera, which according to our sources should have a 20.7MP sensor that features a single LED Flash on the side.

From what we hear, the device will be unveiled by the company very soon, and there is a possibility of the phone running the 360 OS Standard Edition developed by Coolpad and scheduled to be launched this month. Impressive if it’s another 1000 yuan device with its metal body and fingerprint scanner.
Heavy if it’s not have a large battery.
Not that heavy if it has LCD not OLED given the metal back. OLED enables thinner(this one is not thin so i assume not OLED) and lower wight but pretty much all available OLEDs are Pentile so the resolution is faked.
And i guess it is 1.3GHz,i’ll edit the first comment.
It has TFT display, so LCD.
I meant heavy in that case if it has a small battery like 2500mAh. Huawei G7 is 165g with 5.5 inch display, metal body and 3000mAh battery.
9mm thickness with not so rounded edges made me think it has enough room for a larger battery.
And here’s another MT6752/53 5.5 inch phone…. Anyone keeping count of these ?
