A little over a month after announcing the phone for its home country of China, Meizu has announced the m2 note for India.
The m2 note is the successor of the popular m1 note. It comes with a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080p display, and is powered by the MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor. The m2 note has 2GB of RAM, a 13 mega-pixel main camera, 5 mega-pixel front facing camera and a 3100mAh battery.
Meizu earlier took a dig at fellow phone maker Xiaomi, by posting the following picture on its social streams.
Gizchina News of the week
The Meizu m2 note will go on sale starting 10th of August in India. Very much like other Chinese brands, the m2 note will be online only, selling via marketplace Amazon.in.
At 9,999 INR (US$157), the m2 note does look like a decent buy. There is however competition in the form of the Lenovo K3 Note (review), Yu Yureka Plus, and more.
This will be the hot deal then 🙂
So in India, it is priced at 156$ while in Malaysia, promo price is at 180$ and its real price will be 205$ SMH…………
Meizu Malaysia is selling the M2 Note at RM699 (about USD184) and able to ship globally at a cost. Anyone who wanted a international version M2 Note can check it out at Meizu Malaysia website.
