Last year, ZTE ventured into the American market with their mid-range phablet, the ZTE Zmax. The device was positively received by the public and press, which meant that a successor was definitely going to be on the cards. One year later, ZTE has unveiled the Zmax 2, another decent budget phablet, but this time exclusively for AT&T users.

The ZTE Zmax 2 has a 5.5-inch 720p display, an 8MP rear camera, a 2MP front camera, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, an unspecified 1.2GHz Snapdragon quad-core processor and a 3000mAh battery. There isn’t much of a difference between the first generation Zmax, outside of a smaller display and battery.
The Zmax does have some features like Dolby Digital Plus Audio, and it runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. It’ll cost you $149.99 without a contract, which isn’t all that bad for an international device.
