Before the upcoming presentation of the Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition, a bunch of rumors appeared on the web. First, we know that the company is preparing two versions – 4G and 5G – depending on the market. Second, the company could unveil the smartphone later this month or early October.
And today the Galaxy S20 FE 5G has appeared in the 3C database. 3C certification indicates that the smartphone will soon be presented in China.
The new certificate shows that the smartphone can come with a charger, which has the code number EP-TA20. The charger with this name supports charging speeds up to 9V/1.67A, that is, only 15W. Previous rumors have hinted that we will have super-fast charging as much as 45W.
Galaxy S20 Fan Edition will be equipped with a Super AMOLED display with a hole for the front camera. The display size will be 6.5 inches, the resolution is Full HD +, and the image refresh rate is 120 Hz. The processor will be the top-end solution – Snapdragon 865, but in certain markets, a version with Exynos 990 will be available. The device will be powered by a 4500 mAh battery.
The main camera unit will accommodate 3 lenses and all 12 megapixels. The main sensor manufactured by Sony IMX555, alongside a “super-wide” and “telephoto” sensors. The front camera will have a resolution of 32 megapixels.

Also, the device will have 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The device will work on the new version of the One UI 2.5 based on Android 10.
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 4G and 5G Receive Bluetooth Certification
Samsung’s S20 series of smartphones as of now include the regular Galaxy S20, an S20 plus and the S20 Ultra. Soon, there is going to be a new addition to the series; in the form of the S20 FE previously called the Galaxy S20 Lite. The smartphone was previously spotted on Geekbench in the month of July. And recently, additionally, both 4G and 5G variants of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE have appeared on the Bluetooth SIG certification site.
According to the certifications listing, the SM-G781V, SM-G781U1_DS and SM-G781W models have been associated with the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE based on different carriers in the US such as Verizon. As of now, the smartphone will launch in both 4G and 5G variants depending on the market. Isolated from the name and model numbers, the Bluetooth SIG certification only tells us that the forthcoming device will support Bluetooth 5.0.
