Honor has just unveiled the Honor 300 Ultra, a new addition to its popular number series. It’s also the top-tier model in the series, and the phone comes with a powerful camera setup. The highlight of the camera is a 50MP periscope lens with 3.8x optical zoom. This lens is capable of capturing stunning photos and videos, even from a distance.

Honor 300 Ultra Claims to Be the New “Portrait Master”

The Honor 300 Ultra aims to offer a unique photography experience with its Harcourt Portrait mode. This mode emulates the iconic lighting style of the renowned Harcourt Studio in Paris. The new periscope lens allows you to capture stunning portraits from even greater distances. Honor’s AI Light Control Engine also ensures accurate color reproduction and shadow details in your photos.

Honor 300 Ultra’s periscope is joined by a 50MP main sensor with OIS for sharp and steady shots. There’s a third camera on the back as well. It’s a 12MP ultrawide lens for capturing expansive landscapes.

Other than that, the Honor 300 Ultra sports a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a high refresh rate of 120Hz. The screen offers impressive brightness levels, reaching 1,200 nits peak brightness and up to 4,000 nits local peak brightness. This ensures excellent visibility even in bright outdoor conditions.

The 300 Ultra also features an advanced ultrasonic fingerprint sensor embedded directly into the display for quick and secure unlocking.

In terms of performance and storage, the Honor 300 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and offers up to 16GB of RAM and a massive 1TB of storage. This combination ensures smooth multitasking and ample space for your apps, photos, and videos.

The Honor 300 Ultra packs a powerful 5,300mAh battery that supports 100W wired fast charging and 80W wireless charging. This ensures that you’ll always have plenty of power to keep you going throughout the day. The phone also sports a IP65 rating for dust and water resistance, providing added peace of mind.  

In China, the 300 Ultra supports dual satellite connectivity, offering enhanced network coverage and reliability. The device is available in two elegant color options: Camellia White and Ink Rock Black.

The Honor 300 Ultra starts at CNY 4,199 ($577) and goes up to CNY 4,699 ($646) for the top-tier 16GB RAM and 1TB storage configuration.
